Madison S. Brinkman is an Associate Attorney with Hegemann & Zimmerman Co., L.P.A. where she engages in the general practice of law, representing individuals in a variety of legal matters. Her particular areas of interest include domestic relations, estate planning, and civil litigation.

Madison is also an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. As an Assistant Prosecutor, Madison represents the Shelby County Department of Job and Family Services, Children Services Division, in cases of alleged child abuse, neglect, and dependency. Madison represents the Children Services Division at all stages of litigation from adjudication through disposition and termination of the case. The goal in such cases is to ensure the safety and well-being of the children of Shelby County. She also serves as the Village Solicitor for the Village of Lockington.
